Global Sky Education respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Through this website we only collect what you choose to give us. If you complete a tour booking or enquiry form, that is:
We do not ask for your child's details through this website, and we ask that you do not include health or other sensitive information in the message field. Those details are collected separately as part of enrolment, under the enrolment terms you receive at that time.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a tour, answer questions about fees, availability and programs, and follow up with you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Your enquiry is sent to the centre you contacted and to our administration team. We use third-party service providers to host this website and to process enquiry forms; they may store data on our behalf but may not use it for their own purposes. We will otherwise only disclose your information where the law requires or permits it, including where we have obligations under child safety or education regulations.
If your enquiry does not lead to enrolment, we keep your details only as long as we reasonably need them to respond and follow up, and then remove them. If you enrol, your information is retained under the record-keeping requirements that apply to approved education and care services.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. This includes access controls on our systems and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.
This website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Photographs of children on this website are published only where consent has been given, and are chosen so that individual children are not readily identifiable. If you believe an image should be removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
